How do I earn points?

Earn points on eligible purchases made through your Hurtle account. Points are calculated according to the current rewards earning rate.

When will my points appear?

Points are credited after your eligible order has been fulfilled and the applicable order conditions have been met.

How can I redeem my points?

Log in to your Hurtle account to view your available points. When eligible, you can apply your rewards toward a future purchase according to the program's redemption rules.

Can I earn points without creating an account?

You must have an eligible Hurtle Rewards account linked to your purchase for points to be awarded. Contact customer support if you need help linking an eligible order.

What happens if I return an item?

Points associated with refunded or cancelled purchases may be reversed. If you used points on an order that is subsequently refunded, the applicable rewards adjustment will follow the program's refund policy.

Can I combine points with a discount code?

This depends on the promotion and current rewards rules. Any restrictions will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Do my points expire?
